Processing Time

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days of being placed. During high-volume periods (like holidays or sales), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Free shipping on all orders over $150.
Standard shipping ($8.95, 5-8 business days) on orders under $150.
Expedited shipping ($19.95, 2-3 business days) available at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order, and are not guaranteed — they can occasionally be affected by carrier delays outside our control.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, let us know within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
