30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund. To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to Start a Return

Contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return your original item and place a new order, so your replacement ships right away.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your blanket arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a free replacement or full refund, no return required.
